We were coming home from late fireworks on the 4th of July and only had 10 minutes until closing. Michael was so exceptionally great letting me know ordering was fine and no problem. His customer service was beyond exceptional. Our order was fast, compete and seriously one of the best meals I’ve ever had from Burger King at any hour of the day. I forgot to order sauces for the kids and he didn’t blink and said I got you!!! One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at fast food service and one of the most helpful and patient person for having to deal with last minute order!!! He deserves recognition for his suburb costumer service. Thank him for me tooooo. It delayed his closing and he didn’t seem bothered at all. Especially since he worked the holiday. The kids weren’t crabby because we got food as they were soooo hungry from all the activities at the park and fireworks, no time to eat!!! Lol. Michael is a very important associate for your company and should be acknowledged for his exceptional service!!!!!

About an hour ago, I went through the drive-thru. I was having a stressful day and needed some patience. Jordan and Ivan were so pleasant and I just thought they should be recognized. Jordan took my order even though I needed “extra time with the menu” and was patient with the modifications to sandwiches that I made. Ivan was a sweetheart when I got to the window and had to change something. Kudos for a job well done! Also, the kitchen got our sandwiches right and they were delicious, so thank you!!! This is important for my family because when you have two sons on the autism spectrum, one small thing not being “perfect” on their food will send them into a full meltdown. Thank you again for making their day. ❤️
